Ticket sales at the entrance, real-time crowd management, and hotel access control: three different operational processes, but the same problem to solve across the board—the pain points that cause visitors to wait, from the first slide to the door of their room.

O'Gliss Park — France's Largest Water Park

Opened in 2016 in Le Bernard, in the Vendée region, O'Gliss Park has established itself over the past ten years as a leader in the industry, having welcomed more than 2 million visitors and setting a new attendance record in 2025 (270,000 visitors over 74 days of operation). At a site of this scale—8 hectares, with about 30 attractions including the Stingray, Europe’s largest tube water slide—even the slightest friction is amplified by the volume of visitors.

In terms of the visitor experience, the waterproof cashless wristband eliminates the need for guests to carry their wallets around the park, offering a safer and more convenient option. It can be loaded starting with online presales through the ticket office: visitors can arrive already equipped, without having to stop at the ticket counter to load it.

At the attractions, the FastPass for the water slides eliminates the usual line—the wristband serves as your pass.

As for photos, the wristband is linked to the photo-taking system: visitors can retrieve their photos and pay for them directly with their wristband, without having to go through a separate checkout.

And of course, it can be used as a form of payment anywhere on the site—restaurants, the gift shop, and vending machines.

At retail locations, point-of-sale terminals run on EasyPOS, Easytransac’s POS software, which displays a product catalog (with images) directly on the terminal: staff process transactions by selecting items on the screen, without having to manually re-enter amounts.

For the restaurant industry, EasyResto handles order management. This software integrates with the fleet’s inventory management system: every sale processed updates inventory in real time, allowing teams to monitor restocking levels during peak summer seasons without the need for manual counting or unexpected stockouts in the middle of the season.

The site's charging stations, although provided by a third party, are also connected to the system.

O'Fun Park — the largest amusement park in the Vendée

Founded in 2005 on 20 hectares, O'Fun Park has long focused on active recreation (tree-top adventure courses, zip lines, paintball, and a water park). The Oceano Loisirs group, which owns the three sites, has been undertaking a complete theme park renovation centered on the Wild West since 2026, with an investment of 20 million euros planned through 2030.

In this context of growing demand, real-time crowd management has become essential. Real-time capacity monitoring, zone by zone, allows teams to regulate foot traffic before lines form, rather than simply reacting to them.

The ticket office is integrated with cashless payment systems such as O’Gliss, and payments are processed through the EasyPOS software integrated into the payment terminals. Kiosks for printing souvenir photos are also available at this park.

O'Tel Park — the group's unique lodging option

Opening on May 1, 2024, O'Tel Park offers 75 unique accommodations—stagecoaches and wooden chalets with a Wild West theme—right next to O'Gliss and O'Fun Park. The site extends the park experience into the guests' stay, for families and groups alike.

The bracelet serves as a room key and opens doors directly, eliminating the need to go through the front desk.

On the collections side, EasyFlow brings together all the payment methods commonly used at this type of tourist site—credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, as well as meal vouchers and ANCV vacation vouchers—which saves staff from having to switch between multiple terminals depending on the customer’s payment method.

Retailers round out the system by accepting payment via wristband.

The result

Shorter wait times, more time spent on the attractions, and a seamless visitor experience from payment to entry at all three sites.

By relying on Easytransac, O'Gliss, O'Fun, and O'Tel Park have made reducing wait times the starting point for a smoother customer experience, without adding more operational tools.
