How do I create an Easytransac account?

To create an account on Easytransac, you have two options:

- The first option is to go to our website and click on create an account.

- The second is to register directly on the Easytransac application, providing basic information about your company.

How do I make a contactless payment or flash CB with the mobile application?

Easytransac is first and foremost an application that lets you cash bankcards simply and securely using your smartphone.

So how do I cash a bank card with Easytransac?

1/ First, make sure you have at least a basic Easytransac account, an Easytransac application installed on your smartphone and a stable Internet connection (Edge at least).

2/ Once the application is installed, start it up and log in to your account.

3/ Enter an amount in the dedicated space at the top of the home screen.

4/ Select your payment method and payment options.

5/ Capture the card by flash or contactless.

6/ Once the card has been captured, ask your customer to enter their CVV code on your mobile.

7/ Collect your customer's e-mail address or telephone number so that we can send them a payment receipt (please note that a payment receipt is not an invoice or a sales slip, and that you must provide your customer with proof of purchase).

8/ Then confirm payment and voilà!

How do I integrate Easytransac into my content management system (CMS)?

To install an e-commerce module :

1/ You must have a valid Easytransac account

2/ Create an Application in the e-commerce dashboard

3/ Download and install the module on your CMS (Prestashop, woocommerce / wordpress, Magento...)

4/ Add your API key in the module settings area

5/ Make a test payment

6/ If everything is running smoothly, you can request production via the tool available in your customer area in the E-commerce > Applications section.

Which cards does Easytransac accept?

Easytransac accepts CB, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express cards, as well as restaurant cards (Swile, Pluxee, edenred...).

How long does it take to receive my money?

If your account is validated and you have kept the default settings, the average time to receive your cashed funds is 3-4 working days after the day of payment.

> If you have chosen a weekly transfer, this is carried out on Mondays.

> In the case of a monthly transfer, the transfer is made on the first Monday of the month.

For any transfers (Pay by bank) / Open Banking, please allow 1-2 working days.
