The payment link is the simplest way to collect remotely, without a website or integration. In just a few clicks, you create a secure URL, send it by SMS, e-mail, WhatsApp or QR code, and your customer pays immediately. Ideal for down-payments, accepted quotations, reminders of unpaid invoices, collection by telephone, or as a back-up when the POS terminal is unavailable.
Before you start: activate your account (validation in 48 hours max)
To cash in with Easytransac, you need to check your pro account.
You provide your company's documents and they are validated by our teamswithin 48 hours (working days).
Typical checklist (may vary according to activity) :
- Legal documents: Kbis or equivalent (association: articles of association + receipt), ID of legal representative.
- Bank details: RIB/IBAN in the name of the entity.
- Beneficiaries (if applicable).
- Address & contacts (head office, telephone, e-mail).
Tips for speeding up :
- Clear photos/scans, up-to-date documents, identical entity name throughout.
- IBAN in the same name as the company.
- Send all docs at once.
Once validated (≤ 48h), you can generate and send your payment links immediately.
Create and send a link in 60 seconds (step-by-step)
- Log in to your Easytransac account (via web or app).
- Go to Cash → Payment link. If you're on the app, select "Remote".
- Enter amount + description/reference (optional - e.g. "Estimate #12345 - down payment 30%").
- Generate link.
- Share :
- SMS for emergencies,
- E-mail if you enclose an estimate/invoice,
- QR code to display at the counter.
- Follow the status in your dashboard. If not paid, follow up with the same link.
