1. Definitions
1. Cookies are pieces of information deposited on a user's terminal equipment by the server of the website visited. They are used by a website to send information to the user's browser and enable the browser to send information back to the originating site (e.g. a session identifier or language selection).
2. Only the sender of a cookie can read or modify the information contained in it.

2. Which cookies do we use and for what purpose?

- Functional or personalization cookies: These cookies enable the Site to function properly. They become active when you register or connect to a service. This category of cookies does not store any personal data. They are also used to improve the functionality and personalization of the Site. These cookies are mandatory. They are placed by "Easytransac". They are stored for 13 months from the date they are placed on the terminal. These cookies include an authentication cookie which recognizes your e-mail address once you have logged in to your account. It has a lifetime of 15 minutes;
- Performance or analytical cookies: These cookies are used to carry out statistical studies on site traffic in order to measure and improve site performance. These cookies enable "Easytransac" to know how users use the site and to better meet their expectations. They are placed by Matomo. They are kept for a period of 13 months from the date they are placed on the terminal.
- Advertising or retargeting cookies: these are used to tailor advertisements to users. "Easytransac" uses the information collected through these cookies to personalize the Site Content, banners or promotional offers of "Easytransac" on the Site and on other Internet sites.
- Social network cookies: these enable content to be shared directly on social networks from the site. They are deposited by the publishers of networks such as Youtube. We have no control over how long these cookies are kept.

5. The commitments of "Easytransac" with regard to Cookies
18. "Easytransac" is committed to protecting your privacy and to respecting the following two principles:
- cookies do not allow us to know your address, date of birth or telephone number.
- "Easytransac " will not provide any personal information to advertisers or third-party sites that display our ads based on your interests. If your terminal is used by several people, or if it has several browsers, it is possible that the contents displayed to other users correspond to your preferences.
6. Personal data protection
19. In connection with the use of cookies as described in this document, "Easytransac" may process personal data about you, as the controller.
20. The data collected is essential to achieve the objectives pursued by each cookie. It is intended solely for use by the authorized departments of "Easytransac" and/or the companies issuing third-party cookies.
21. Personal data collected via cookies is never kept longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the cookie, i.e. 13 months.
22. Pursuant to the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation, individuals have a right of inquiry, access, rectification, erasure, opposition on legitimate grounds, limitation of processing and portability in relation to all data.
23. You have the right to define specific post-mortem directives concerning the conservation, erasure and communication of your personal data.
