On June 18, 19, and 20, 2026, Parc Jourdan in Aix-en-Provence will host a new edition of the Street Food Festival — and Easytransac is the payment processing partner.
Following the success of the 2025 edition, which drew 15,000 visitors, the Street Food Festival returns to one of the most beautiful squares in Aix-en-Provence for three days of culinary discoveries, conviviality, and local flavors.
A culinary experience rooted in the Provençal region
Once again this year, 26 vendors are taking over Parc Jourdan to offer creative, hearty, and decidedly local street food. On the menu: original dishes made with local, seasonal ingredients, craft beers brewed in the Bouches-du-Rhône, and a fine selection of regional AOC wines —all the perfect way to explore the department’s culinary treasures in a warm and festive atmosphere.
Here, street food is anything but run-of-the-mill: each stand invites you to discover a unique craft, a distinct identity, and a little piece of Provence on your plate.
