How do I create an Easytransac account?
To create an account on Easytransac, you have two options:

I received a bracelet / cashless card - how can I get my money back?
Refunds are made online via our dedicated portal.

Simply search for your event or venue, then follow the instructions.
❗ If your event does not appear, it means that the organizer did not use our solutions. We will therefore be unable to issue a refund.
ℹ️ Each organizer defines its own reimbursement procedures (deadlines, expenses, etc.).
Which cards does Easytransac accept?
Easytransac accepts CB, Visa, MasterCard and Maestro cards, as well as restaurant cards (Swile, Pluxee, edenred...).

What payment security standards does Easytransac meet?

How long does it take to receive my money?
If your account is validated and you have kept the default settings, the average time to receive your cashed funds is 3-4 working days after the day of payment.
> If you have chosen a weekly transfer, this is carried out on Mondays.
> In the case of a monthly transfer, the transfer is made on the first Monday of the month.
For any transfers (Pay by bank) / Open Banking, please allow 1-2 working days.
