On August 24 and 25, the Théâtre Antique d'Orange hosted a major event: the Afterlife evenings, orchestrated by Positiv Production. More than 15,000 people gathered in this majestic place. They were able to live an experience that combines electronic music, visual art and new technologies.
A first-rate artistic program
Afterlife is synonymous with a total artistic experience, and this edition was no exception to the rule. The carefully selected line-up brought together world-renowned artists who delivered memorable performances.
On Saturday, the audience was transported by the sets of Maceo Plex, 19:26, and Olympe, with a highlight during the performance of MRAK who presented "We Don't Follow". Sunday offered another series of outstanding performances, including Eynka, Chris Avantgarde, and Argy, who set the stage for Anyma's spectacular "Genesys" show.
Both evenings ended on a high note with sets from the event's founders, Tale Of Us, who mesmerized the audience with their unique blend of atmospheric sounds and hypnotic visuals.
Collaboration for Seamless Logistics
To support this exceptional event, Positiv Production called on Easytransac, a specialist in mobile payment solutions. With 54 payment terminals deployed on the site, the objective was clear: to offer a smooth and seamless experience to all festival-goers.
Fast and secure transactions have significantly reduced queues for tickets, drinks, food, and merchandising. This logistical efficiency was a key factor in the success of the event, allowing attendees to focus on what matters most: enjoying the Afterlife experience to the fullest.
Afterlife: More than a Festival, a Complete Immersion
What sets Afterlife apart from other festivals is its integrative approach that combines music, visual art, and technology to create a unique sensory experience. The majestic setting of the Théâtre Antique d'Orange, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, added an extra dimension to this event.
The artists took advantage of the historic architecture to magnify their performances, using light shows and visual projections that blended perfectly with the theater's thousand-year-old walls. This symbiosis between the ancient and the modern made every moment of the festival even more magical.
An Experience to Repeat
The success of this edition of Afterlife, driven by the collaboration between Positiv Production and Easytransac, paves the way for even more grandiose future editions. Easytransac's technological deployment, coupled with Positiv Production's event expertise, has created an environment where the festival-goers' experience is at the heart of priorities.
