I can't log in to my Easytransac account after changing my password. What should I do?
You have indicated that you are experiencing difficulties logging into your Easytransac account due to a password change. This is probably because the password you have chosen does not comply with our security rules.
To strengthen the security of your account, we apply a password policy based on "entropy", i.e. the degree of unpredictability of a password. The higher the entropy, the more difficult it is to guess by brute force. Thus, to be accepted, your password must have an entropy of 80 bits, corresponding to a very high level of security.
Simple tips to achieve this:
- Focus on length: the longer the password, the better.
- Mix character types: lowercase, UPPERCASE, digits and symbols (e.g., "I", "I", "I", "I", "I", "I", "I", "I").
! @ # $ %). - Avoid common words and obvious sequences (ex.
Password123).
Now create a new password that meets these criteria. To test the entropy of a password, you can use online tools such as https://timcutting.co.uk/tools/password-entropy.
Onceyour password is secure enough, you can use it as the password associated with your login (e-mail address) to replace the old one and log in to your Easytransac account.
