How long does it take to validate an account?
It can take up to 72 hours for an Easytransac account to be fully validated after the documents have been submitted.
The validation process consists of 2 stages:
The first allows you to cash in without transaction limits. It usually takes 24-48h working days. This first validation always prevents funds from being disbursed. You will receive an email notifying you that the account has been validated for the first time.
The second validation usually takes place 24 hours after the first. It fully validates your account and allows you to disburse funds. This second validation is also notified by email.
If your supporting documents are not validated, you will receive an e-mail notifying you of the reasons for the refusal.
