Why has my account been deleted?

First reason

Be aware that if you don't use it, or use it very irregularly, or if no activity is detected. Your account may be automatically deleted after 18 months. Unused accounts consume energy unnecessarily. We try to reduce the impact of data centers on the environment. We are committed to the fight against climate change.

Second reason

Your activity is prohibited and is on the list drawn up by the Easytransac Compliance team.

Can it be reactivated?

No, if you wish to use the Easytransac solution, you will need to open a new account.

My account has been deleted, where's my money?

If your account has been deleted and there was money in it, it is in a transitory account. You can recover it by contacting support directly.
