Why doesn't contactless payment work in my application?

There are several reasons for this blockage:

  • Your phone isn't Android or doesn 't have NFC technology.
  • You have not yet activated the SoftPOS contract (€13/month).
  • You are using the default "Flash CB" version of the application, which does not support contactless.

👉 Solution: contact Easytransac support support to check your device's eligibility and activate the SoftPOS module.

SoftPOS is not available on iPhone (iOS).
