What does the "LW Easytransac" account line correspond to on my bank statement?
You've probably made a purchase from one of the merchants who use our solution. Easytransac is a payment solution that enables your merchant or e-commerce site to process all customer payments simply, quickly and securely. Our module is integrated directly into your e-commerce site or your merchant's telephone.
Thanks to our application, the merchant transforms his or her phone into a TPE (mobile payment terminal), thus facilitating your purchase, which will be referred to as " LW Easytransac " on your account statement. "LW Easytransac" simply means that your merchant uses our solution to facilitate his business.
Please note that we are unable to refund transactions in the event of a dispute. We take the fight against fraud very seriously and will take appropriate action if fraudulent activity is detected.
