How do I load cashless media?
Once your cashless medium is associated with your account, you can easily top up your balance online. Follow these steps to top up your cashless support:
Step 1: Access your cashless space
- Log in to your Cashless account on the dedicated portal (via the event website or their social networks)
- Access the management section of your cashless support.
Step 2: Start loading
- Click on Upload or Upload my media.
- You'll see the loading options available.
Step 3: Choose the amount
- Select an amount from those proposed or enter the amount you wish to load (maximum of €250 per load).
- Make sure the amount is correct before continuing.
Step 4: Follow the payment steps
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the loading of your media.
- Don't forget to validate your payment with the 3D Secure system to guarantee transaction security.
Step 5: Check your balance
- Once the upload is complete, check your balance to confirm that the amount has been successfully added to your cashless support.
