I haven't received my cashless refund. What should I do?
If you're waiting for your cashless balance to be refunded and it hasn't shown up yet, here are the steps you need to take to solve the problem:
Step 1: Make sure you have submitted a refund request via your account
Step 2: Check processing times
- Refund times may vary depending on the event. Please check the information provided by the event organizer regarding the usual processing times for refunds.
- Please note that refunds are generally handled by the festival or event, not by Easytransac.
Step 3: Check your bank details
- Please ensure that the bank details you have provided (IBAN and BIC) are correct.
- An incorrect IBAN may result in the refund being rejected. If you think you have made a mistake, contact the organizer to update your information.
Step 4: Contact the event organizer
- If, after checking the above steps, you still haven't received your refund, contact the event organizer directly.
- They will be able to provide you with specific information about your claim and the status of your file.
Step 5: Follow up your request
- Keep an eye out for follow-up e-mails or notifications about the status of your claim.
- If you haven't received a reply within a reasonable time, don't hesitate to contact the organizer again.
