How long does it take to get a cashless refund?
The time taken to reimburse your cashless balance depends on the event organizer or structure concerned. Once your refund request has been submitted, it will be processed according to the timetable set by the organizer. Refunds are often not processed until the refund period has expired.
If you have not received your refund within a reasonable time, we recommend that you contact the organizer of the event or structure concerned directly for specific information on the status of your request.
Please note that there is no need to contact Easytransac regarding your refund, as refunds are handled directly by the organizer of the event or structure concerned.
