How do I collect by SEPA direct debit?
Discover the SEPA direct debit collection demo in your Easytransac space.
SEPA direct debits are particularly suitable for recurring payments.
To reduce the risk of non-payment, Easytransac offers a 14-day guarantee from the date of the last SEPA direct debit. This deposit applies only to your SEPA direct debit.
Procedure to be followed
Step 1: Log in to your Easytransac space and go to Cash in the Payments section. Select payment by SEPA direct debit from the 3 available methods. Fill in the various fields, then choose your delivery method.
Step 2: Your SEPA direct debit will then appear in the remote payment section and in the Transaction section once it has been processed.
Procedure for your customer
Step 1: Your customer fills in the payment page, entering his IBAN and BIC.
Step 2: A SEPA direct debit mandate is generated for your customer to sign.
Step 3: Your customer enters the code sent to him by SMS, then signs the document online.
Step 4: Your SEPA direct debit is created. Your customer can download it.
