You can check the operation and status of back-office services at any time by visiting our status page. This page informs you in real time of incidents in progress, scheduled maintenance or returns to normal.
What should I do if I notice an incident?
- First check whether the incident only affects your access or whether it concerns a global service (e.g. complete Back-Office, database, API) via the status page.
- If the incident is global, wait for the situation to return to normal: the page generally provides an update (e.g.: "investigation", "resolution in progress", "repaired").
- If the incident seems to concern you only (and not listed in the status page), contact support with details: time of incident, error message, screenshot, etc.
