How do I become an administrator and generate sub-accounts?

Easytransac allows users to operate like a company, with administrator accounts enabling them to create sub-accounts and monitor their activity.

Today we're going to take a look at how to switch your Easytransac account to administrator mode, and at the various methods for generating sub-accounts.

Switch your Easytransac account to administrator mode :

The only way to switch your account to administrator mode is to contact us by making a written request by clicking here.

How do I generate sub-accounts?

To generate your sub-accounts, go to Administration (only available in administrator mode) > Accounts. Then click on "add an account".

You'll be taken to the next page, where you'll find 2 different ways of adding a sub-account. The first allows you to send an invitation link by e-mail, and the second allows you to manually create your colleague's sub-account by entering their details.

If you have a very large number of employees, making the previous two steps too restrictive, it's possible to create an affiliate link that you can share on a large scale by contacting us here.

Finally, once your sub-accounts have been created, they will appear in Administration > Accounts.

By clicking on the"All movements" button, you can check sub-account activity in general and in detail (choose a specific sub-account, choose a single type of movement).
