How do I replay a transaction?
Guide to replaying a transaction on your Easytransac space.
Occasionally, you may need to repeat a transaction for various reasons. In this case, you can replay a transaction directly from your Easytransac mobile application by following the procedure below:
1/ Log on to your Easytransac application and go to the "Transactions" menu section.
2/ Click on the transaction you wish to replay, then press the "Replay" button.
3/ Then choose the amount you want for the new transaction. You can choose to keep the total amount or select a partial amount.
4/ Then click on "confirm" to replay the transaction.
