How do you understand your transaction data?
1. Where can you find your transactions in your Easytransac space?
To view your transactions in your account, go to Payment > Transactions. This page gives you an overview of your transactions. Several filters (see below) are available to help you sort your transactions as you wish.
2. Details of your payment information.
Each transaction line has its own information:
- Payment method used. (icons)
- The user who performed the operation
If you click on the name of your company or the profile that carried out the transaction. A window containing the account details will appear.
- Your transaction ID.
- The amount of your transaction
- The status of your transaction (successful/failed/pending/reimbursed)
- Your customer
- Transaction date and time
- By date
- By status
- By payment type
- Real or demo mode
- By other filters (unpaid, recurring payment, scheduled recurring payment, pending direct debit)
- You can also use the search bar to launch general or targeted searches. (identifier, order number, customer, amount, seller)
The user only varies if you have sub-accounts affiliated to your account. If you don't, your company name will appear.
By clicking on this identifier, you will be able to view the transaction details.
You can retrieve your customer's information by clicking on the name displayed.
As mentioned above, you have several filters at your disposal, allowing you to filter your transactions as you see fit.
