Why can't I access the SEPA direct debit service via Easytransac?
SEPA Direct Debit is a specific option that must be requested before activation. Here is some important information about this service:
- Option available on request :
- The SEPA direct debit service is not activated by default on Easytransac accounts. You must make a specific request to benefit from it.
- Pricing conditions :
- Easytransac offers SEPA direct debits at a basic rate of €1.90 + 0.5% per transaction.
- 14-day deposit :
- When using SEPA direct debits, a 14-day deposit will automatically be placed on your Easytransac account. This deposit will only be applied to direct debit amounts.
- Activation after evaluation :
- Once your request has been made, our teams will analyze your account and your needs before proceeding with activation.
What should you do if you want to activate this option?
- Contact our customer support via your online space or by email at contact@easytransac.com.
- Specify that you wish to activate SEPA direct debit.
- Provide all the additional information requested to finalize your request.
